Boxletics850 was created in 2019 during the COVID era as a virtual training program.. many clients ranging from the ages of 6-92 years old benefited from the program by improving their cardio, building lean muscle, learning to defend, improving their hand and/eye coordination, and reflexes. Boxletics850 also helped improved the mobility of my recovering stroke victims, and Parkinson's clients; by increasing mind sharpness/mobility. Last the program is designed for beginners, intermediate, and advanced clients. If you can't come to me... I'll come to you but, only if you live in Gulf Breeze, Navarre, or Fort Walton beach area..
